Paul is an unbelievably talented photographer who has miles of experience in and passion for the craft of astrophotography. Few are willing to put themselves to the test in order to create a powerful image, but Paul is no stranger to the outdoors and knows what it takes for a good photographer to evolve their portfolio to the next level. If you love photography and think you have room to improve, I wholeheartedly suggest giving one of his workshops a try. You won’t regret it.

Paul’s photographic expertise in the Canadian Rockies needs no introduction.... The moment I found out this book came out, I jumped on it! After quickly skimming through it out of my sheer eagerness, I am pleasantly (un)surprised by the thoroughness of the layout and the level of detail Paul has rendered in bringing this photo guide to fellow photographers!

This collection doesn’t just represent a love affair with the Canadian Rockies – it showcases a love affair with creativity.
— Dave Brosha on "The Canadian Rockies: Rediscovered"

“When you view Paul’s night time images, you know that learning astrophotography from such an accomplished photographer is your ticket to creating your own amazing images.”
— Terry Wityk

If you get the opportunity to have a one-on-one with Paul grab it because he really puts a lot of thought into his critiques and afterward I felt really happy with the comments I received as far as where my images shine and where I could improve as a hobbyist photographer. I really can’t wait to get out and shoot some scenery so I can use the improvements Paul provided in our meeting.
