Contest + Giveaway Policy

Contest will run for a period of time indicated on each individual contest post.

Contest will run in conjunction with an article, advertorial and/or separately in their own posts on social media.

Contest will require participants to enter through the form(s) or method(s) indicated on the post. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by this policy and the decisions of the Sponsors and Administrators. Contest is void where prohibited by law.

“Company” providing prizes will be responsible for shipping/providing all prizes to winners within a reasonable time period. Paul Zizka Photography will provide the winner’s shipping information to Company upon completion of the contest.

Giveaways will be open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States (except Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and other United States territories and possessions) who have reached the age of majority in their province/state. Paul Zizka Photography/”Company” employees or members of their immediate family/those residing in their households are not eligible. Paul Zizka Photography reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant.

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Mailchimp are in no way associated with this giveaway.

The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.

Winners are chosen by a random number generator.

Winners will be announced within 48 hours of draw time. Winners have 48 hours to reply to confirm their prize, unless otherwise noted on an individual contest post. Winners are announced through @PaulZizkaPhoto on Twitter, Instagram and are contacted through the platform by which they entered.

Residents of Canada will be required to enter a skill-testing question to claim their prize.

Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial.
