2011 Leftovers – A Good Year!

It has been another great year at Paul Zizka Photography and I want to thank you all for your support again this year. I was fortunate to be able to spend a considerable amount of time documenting some of the world’s most spectacular corners over the last 12 months, from Nepal to Nunavut to our dear Canadian Rockies. Lots of exciting projects are coming up in 2012 and I will be sure to keep you apprised of them (including the release of fresh Nepal images, a new website, the release of the time-lapse movie and exciting new adventures in the wilderness in the Rockies and abroad).

In the meantime, in the spirit of leftover season (and instead of the traditional “recap”), here is a small selection of images I intended on posting as daily images earlier this year but ended up heading outside and shooting instead! They are in my opinion representative of how exhilarating 2011 has been.

A Happy New Year to all!
