Fall at the Lakes
Our last “great Canadian Rockies fall photo location” of the week is none other than world famous Vermilion Lakes. This image was made yesterday evening. This time of year one finds a lot of oranges and even reds on the shore of the lake. The sky displayed much drama last night and the pastel tones came together nicely. The heavy winds also allowed easy blurring of clouds, reeds and water, making for a more dynamic image, one that to me conveys the change of seasons in our area.
